Materials:

This product is made using 100% upcycled cotton yarn from a thrifted knit sweater. 

We source our materials from local thrift stores, where we carefully select gently used knitwear with holes, stains, or rips. The sweaters get washed, unraveled by hand, and re-spun into spools of yarn to be used in future products.

By purchasing items made using repurposed materials, you are participating in a circular economy! Making use of existing materials before producing new ones is truly one of our favourite sustainability practices here at maritime moose.

Wash this item by hand in cool or room temperature water, or by using the delicate cycle on your washing machine. Lay flat to reshape while drying.

Please note that all made to order colours are available in very limited quantities. If you purchased a colour that is no longer available, we will do our best to substitute it with something similar! New colourways will be added as pieces sell out.
