Local Pickup & Delivery

We are happy to offer free local delivery and pickup to our local customers within the HRM! We will reach out shortly after you place your order to arrange a delivery or pickup time based on your location in the city <3 

Shipping

Ready to wear pieces are shipped within 1-2 business days, and made to order pieces ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom requests and larger volume orders (two or more made to order pieces) may take longer to complete and we will reach out individually to these customers to give a more accurate shipping timeline!

Shipping is mainly done through Canada Post and we try our very best to send most items via lettermail packaging with stamps (without tracking). If you would like tracking or insurance with your item, please make sure to choose that option at checkout! 

We are proud to offer low waste shipping and packaging. All items are wrapped in paper and then shipped in either paper envelopes or cardboard boxes. Our tags, business cards, and other packing materials are all repurposed and/or recyclable/compostable.
