What is upcycling?
I like one of your items, but I want it in a different colour/size.
Send us an e-mail or fill out the custom request form with your preferred colour or size and we'll make your vision come to life! Prices will vary depending on materials used, size of project, etc. Custom pieces take a little longer than ready-to-wear items listed on our website, but they are so worth it!
Do you accept donations?
Yes, we love donations! You can get in touch by using the contact page on the website, e-mailing pam@maritimemoose.ca, or sending us a DM on instagram @maritimemoose to see if we are accepting donations. Items we can upcycle include knitwear such as sweaters and cardigans, and other textiles like scrap material, blankets, and cotton t shirts. You will also receive a 10% off discount code each time you donate materials as our way of saying THANK YOU!
Where do you ship?
Shipping is available worldwide. Rates vary depending on location and the size and weight of the item being shipped.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Custom requests may take up to two weeks to be processed due to the availability of upcycled materials and the time it takes to handcraft each item.
Due to the ongoing tariff situation in the US, please be advised that we may have to charge extra for shipping to account for customs charges, and that you may also have to pay customs charges when the item gets delivered to you. This varies by carrier, item, and delivery location/country.
