We are proud to offer low waste shipping and packaging. All items are wrapped in paper and then shipped in either paper envelopes or cardboard boxes. Our tags, business cards, and other packing materials are all repurposed and/or compostable.
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 days, with exceptions for larger orders and custom requests.
Shipping is done through Canada Post and most items fit into lettermail packaging with stamps (this means there is no tracking). If you would like tracking or insurance with your item, please make sure to choose that option at checkout! Local delivery is also available within the HRM for $2 and you will be contacted shortly after your order is placed to arrange a delivery time that works for you.

Returns & Refunds
All items are final sale. However, if any of our items do not meet your satisfaction or you have feedback about your order please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We would love to hear ways we could improve our growing sustainable business and we do offer minor repairs and modifications in some instances.
