***Shipping Updates December 10th, 2024***
As you may be aware, Canada Post is currently going on their fourth week of a strike so unfortunately our normal shipping rates are unavailable for all online orders. We stand with postal workers and believe they deserve a fair deal! Because of this strike, however, we have a few alternative options for our amazing customers including UPS and Purolator shipping and free local pickups in Halifax/Dartmouth:
a) Hold your order and ship it once the strike resolves for the same shipping price (if you’re not in a rush for Christmas/holidays)
b) Use an alternative courier which will likely be between $10-60 extra depending on location in Canada + International (please note that these couriers are also overwhelmed so there’s no guarantees on timeline)
c) Refund your order or exchange for a gift card of equal value with no hassle to us - hopefully you can shop with us in the future once the shipping fiasco is resolved!
d) Local customers in Halifax and Dartmouth: We are happy to offer free local pickup in the North End of Halifax on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays and in downtown Dartmouth on Wednesdays. Please select *local pickup* at checkout and we will be in touch with details!!

Shipping
We are proud to offer low waste shipping and packaging. All items are wrapped in paper and then shipped in either paper envelopes or cardboard boxes. Our tags, business cards, and other packing materials are all repurposed and/or compostable.
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 days, with exceptions for larger orders and custom requests.
Shipping is done through Canada Post and most items fit into lettermail packaging with stamps (this means there is no tracking). If you would like tracking or insurance with your item, please make sure to choose that option at checkout! Local delivery is also available within the HRM for $2 and you will be contacted shortly after your order is placed to arrange a delivery time that works for you.

Returns & Refunds
All items are final sale. However, if any of our items do not meet your satisfaction or you have feedback about your order please send an e-mail to upcycledpam@gmail.com. We would love to hear ways we could improve our growing sustainable business and we do offer minor repairs and modifications in some instances.
